Victory House is a barrier free, handicapped accessible, large, shared housing, short term, and extended stay living arrangement with wheelchair ramp entrance.
Victory House provides clean and comfortable one and two-bed occupancy rental units within its' Shared Housing community living arrangement.
There are 12 rental units that are private and semi-private.

Victory is located in West Philadelphia. We are within 10 minutes of the Philadelphia ZOO, Museum, PENN, Drexel University, Downtown Philadelphia, public parks, transportation, hospitals, places of worship, and some of the best eat in and order out restaurants and shopping centers in the Tri- State Area.

Victory House is located at 935 North 42nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104.

The home has over 22,350 square feet of indoor and outdoor space which include a wheelchair ramp, on and off street parking, and a large, furnished lawn for recreation with family and friends.

Victory house is connected with Wi-Fi, Free Netflix and Apple TV programs.
Our home contains full private bathrooms on each floor over 9 in total. The Victory House also has a laundry room, multiple activity areas,a dining area, private telephone room, certified sprinkler and fire alarm systems and an indoor-outdoor surveillance system to monitor movement in and around the home to make sure your loved one or you is kept safe at all times.

Overnight rates are offered by Victory to ensure safety and security of clients who may get up frequently during the night or wander due to dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
This option is particularly helpful to family caregivers and/or couples when one spouse acts as the primary caregiver and desperately needs to sleep well during the night.
Overnight care typically consist of a 10 to 12 hour caregiver shift respectively.

Our home complies with local licensing regulations, fire, zoning codes, and is licensed by the City of Philadelphia L&I.

Our rate range from 16.04 per night to 32.08 per night ( one-week stay minimum).

Both Private and Semi - Private rooms available.

The Victory House has been renovated and designed specifically to provide safety, security, and all the needs of our guests.
With an appearance and feel that is warm, nurturing, comfortable, and inviting to guests and visitors alike you can feel comfortable knowing that your time with us will be enjoyable.

Over 800 guest have found Victory House an Ideal place to stay; from disabled Vets', disabled victims' of homelessness, exchange students, single seniors, Traveling Church groups, Music bands, Sports teams, Charter groups.
